Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Processing orders will take 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Please allow 2-3 business days after your order is placed to receive a tracking number. Standard shipping option is 3-5 business days. Express shipping option is 1-2 business days. Please note that all orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following business day.

 

Q: Where is my order?

A: You will receive an email once your order has been shipped from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. Please follow your tracking number for shipping updates.

Q: What is the return and exchange policy?

A: NO REFUNDS! If an item does not fit or the customer is not pleased with the item, it can be exchanged for store credit within 5 days from the date that the tracking number states the item was delivered. After the 5th day, all sales are FINAL and an exchange is no longer accepted. When returning an item to be exchanged or for store credit, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. All sales are final on Clearance/Sale items. All body suits, swimsuits and white items are FINAL SALE. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED AND ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN.

 

Q: I haven't received a store credit for my return?

A: If you have not received store credit for your return within 7 business days of returning the package, please email fashionablyl8.indy@gmail.com so we can speed the process up for you.

Q: Can I Cancel My Order? 

A: No, once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q: I’m missing an item or my items arrived damaged or with a defect!

A: Please email us at fashionablyl8.indy@gmail.com as soon as possible with images attached. We will not accept claims if 3 days have passed from delivery date. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED AND ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN.

 

Q: I received my package a while ago, but I just tried on the items and want to exchange or noticed a defect!

A: We kindly ask that you try on and inspect your items as soon as they are received. We do not accept returns past the 5 day mark or damaged item claims past 3 days of receiving the items. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
